Kazakh - Hungarian Business Forum in Astana
The chairman of Hungarian Fur Trade Association János Lamoga travelled to Astana - as a member of the business delegation lead by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán – to participate at the Kazakh – Hungarian business forum.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó said at the Kazakh – Hungarian business forum on Wednesday in Astana that political cooperation between Hungary and Kazakhstan is excellent, and this serves as a solid basis for building economic relations between the two countries. The Minister emphasised: Kazakhstan is Hungary's important trading partner but there are still plenty of opportunities for strengthening economic relations.
At the forum cooperation agreement was signed in the presence of Viktor Orbán Prime Minister and his Kazakh counterpart Karim Massimov which should be significant for domestic fur market. The purpose of the signed agreement between Hungarian Fur Trade Association (presented by János Lamoga chairman, as well as, as the managing director of LA-IMPEX Ltd.) and Kazakhstan Fur Trade and Industrial Association Ltd (presented by Sergey Vedyashev president) is to conducive the cooperation between Hungarian and Kazakh enterprises.
