The LA-IMPEX story:
We began business with the exportation of Hungarian patent-panofix to the Russia, Scandinavian and the Baltic Countries. Panofix is a word wide known method, based on a special treatment of lambskins. The result is a smooth, shinny fur side in various colours with an elegant look and feel. We have expanded our product line to include mainly furs indigenous to Hungary, and or, are being breed in Hungary. These include chinchilla, rabbit and hamster.
Our furs are dressed at the tannery of which we are one of the principals. We are considered one the main importers or re-exporters of mink, fox, chinchilla in our country.
The mink, fox, finnraccoon, sable, etc. we are buying from Kopenhagen Fur, which is the world's largest auction house.
We initiated the leather business in 2001 which is developing strongly.
Our leathers (pig, cow, lamb, goat, buffalo) are mainly domestic or imported products, which are popular primarily among the shoes, furniture, dog leash, saddle, and clothing manufacturers.
We are specialist in orthopedic leathers too.
Beside of it we offer you TESA double- and single-sided tapes, as a supplementary product, which is using in production of leather and fur accessories and in other industries.
